Extrusion Coating & Lamination
Extrusion is the process where raw plastic material is melted through exposure to high heat and formed into a continuous profile through a die.
We have three extrusion coating/laminating machines in our facility, which allow us to offer another area of specialization. This versatile coating technique is used for the economic application of various polymers.
The ability to improve the sealing, barrier, and clarity properties of different constructions, as well as combine different substrates, is a unique benefit of this process.
